Avis gentleman at pick up was extremely helpful and cheerful. He came across as being very professional in his work. One of the issues I had was the inability to charge my Android phone as there were no USB ports (all I could see were Apple charger ports). As a result my phone had died and I lost my GPS to find my way back to the Hamilton Airport. I ended up taking a number of wrong ways but eventually made it to the airport but had no time to refill the fuel, so regrettably I will be charged a premium for the field I used. My recommendation is to equip the car with at least an adapter for the cigarette lighter slot to accommodate either Android phone ports or a USB port IF for some reason there were these boards they are not easily identified nor found as I have searched when I finally got to the airport and could not find any to suit my connection

Cons:

Insurance premiums per day are outrageously expensive! Appropriate sized car not immediately available because I booked through Kayak and not directly with the company.

Most expensive per day rental in 3 weeks of renting from several different companies. Nobody at the drop off in YHM airport. Poor or obscured signage to direct the renter to the parking lot

Cons:

Flight was late 2 hours so instead of 3 pm it was 5 pm that's when they close tried calling no answer and too bad for you. Got screwed
