The Worst Experience Ever
Being told to get our stuff ready in 10 minutes and that the hotel was closing the minute we got back from dinner. They after 3 hours of confusion we were driven 2 hours south of Cancun to another hotel. Horrible Terrible Ruined our Vacation.
The Air Conditioner was broken on all of the hotel for my whole stay. It was horrible being inside the room. It ruined my whole stay
The sea in front of the hotel and some of the staff who were nice and polite people. Also the price was good for what they promised which finally they didn't provide.
Actually many things. When I arrived at the reception they couldn't find my reservation although it was made 24 hours in advance.I politely asked them to print out the confirmation I had received but they refused to do so! Wi-Fi was not available and so was the fitness center. Furthermore although I have booked a triple room with three beds as shown on your website, I only got a double room with two beds, which they called king size beds when in fact I would't classify them not even as double beds. The room was small for three people.
The location next to a stunning beach. The staff tried their best especially the reception and restaurant to make my stay enjoyable even though the hotel is a bit run down.
I did not have major problems but a couple I met was on the verge of tears. The air condition in tower 1 was not working.
Nice vew of the sea, clean and confortable room, good meals, nice staff at the reception desk, good value for money, recommended!

Apart from that the hotel is rather old, needs refubrishing and is located far from hotel zone center, the most annoying was that the security never let to bring any guest in the room. Even daytime! That is rediculous! Never back.

the service is bad, staff don´t tray to help you. And hot water never works.
The staff are excellent in every way. The food is good. The beach is well maintained. The hotel is very very clean.
There is only one location in the bar/lobby where guests can access the internet using their own computer. It is also here that all the smokers convene. The hotel needs to solve this problem as it is not only bad for us computer users but the 75% of their guests who do not smoke and want to use the bar. It is also very bad for their staff, who must work amidst this all day.
The location is great, on the beach. Staff are realy friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel.
Room was quite warm despite the A/C being on all the time on the lowest possible temperature.
Hotel was clean, Italian was not bad in comparison to the buffet. Beach location nice.
Hotel room smelled of damp constantly, your clothes smelt awful and damp when you took them out of the wardrobe. You were unable to spend any time at all in the room. The buffet food was awful, it was the same every day regardless of what name they gave it, and was bearly edible. The gym was a damp and wet room with a couple of pieces of rusting equipment. In rain the hotel leaks everywhere, not a good sign when you arrive and there are sand bags beside the lifts. Overall hotel in a bad state of repair, needs a major overhaul to be a 4 star as claimed, at the moment only about 2 star currently. Also miles away from the centre of Cancun.
