Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring local attractions, restaurants, and markets. The pool is also highlighted as a positive feature, providing a pleasant spot to relax. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness and service, with some guests reporting friendly staff while others experienced issues such as lack of towels, maintenance problems, and unhelpful receptionists. Noise, particularly from parties and maintenance activities, is a significant concern for several guests. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and amenities, but improvements in service consistency and noise management are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
