Pros (+) I loved how attentive the staff was. All inclusive is the absolute best for a family!! The rooms were spacious and always clean. And you can hotel hop for free and enjoy all the amenities at different hotels within the group.
Cons (-) Our concierge kinda went ghost on us after we didn’t accept the timeshare offer.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our family.The food was excellent, the villa clean and it was a very nice vacation. I wish the weather was warmer and sunny, but it was still fun!

Pros (+) This is a nice, smaller resort away from the hustle and bustle of the "hotel zone" and nightlife. Perfect for us...we wanted a relaxed getaway for a few days. No pressure to attend time-share presentation, but could if we wanted to. Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) I called twice to update my reservation with the name of the other couple that was arriving before we did, but the hotel did not have their name. Not the hotel's fault....
