The car was filthy. As the sun set it was difficult to see thru whatever film was on the windshield. The interior was never cleaned, several used water bottles and a pile of (what appeared to be) sugar in the center of the car and it smelled like vomit. Still waiting on receipt of return via email..8.4 Excellent

Pros:
On pickup the service clerk spent 20 minutes talking to another customer in Russian helping them buy a car dealer and talking shop while I waited in line. He assumed I wouldn't know what's going on, little did he know I speak perfect Russian. With all that going on the computer showed the vehicle with a full tank, when I was at empty. We had to work it all out upon return on the vehicle in a different state. I did forget my EZ pass in the car and once I realized what happened I contacted Budget to request tag to be returned. Both the drop off site and customer service claim they don't have the tag, yet I see Florida toll charges on it. Obviously forgetting the tag in the car is my fault, but how anyone claim the car is disinfected and cleaned if the tag attached to the window is missed?????2.0 Mediocre

I never ordered a car for pickup in Trenton. I ordered one for pickup in Philly. I canceled this order by phone and placed a new order directly through Budget's website for pickup in Philly. Somehow this reservation in Trenton wasn't actually canceled because someone then called that morning asking where I was to pickup the car.3.6 Mediocre
