Pros:
The vehicle I wanted was unavailable. So, they upgraded me at no extra charge. Also, the pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Finally, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.Cons:

Cons:
They gave me the SMALLEST car possible when it was a complete blizzard/ horrible road conditions all week. They also did not have winter tires on their vehicle. I felt extremely unsafe in the vehicle. I was not even able to drive it for some of the days because the car could not handle the road.6.8 Good

Pros:
The service was really great. The gentleman assisting me got me a vehicle right away and apologized repeatedly for not having an intermediate sized car like I had booked for (only had SUVs) .Cons:
The only downside was that the SUV available had just been returned and not fully cleaned out yet. Previous driver smoked in it. Not a big deal but not the best haha. The enterprise associate though did make sure that I knew that I could trade it at another location if I needed to which was very kind ! We decided not to as it would interfere with our trip.3.2 Mediocre

Pros:
the car was nice and peppy with better than i would have imajined gas mileage. they were also cheaper than enterprise and thrifty whom i have also recently rented from. two thumbs up. great staff aswell.1.9 Horrible

The staff was unhelpful, rude and unwilling to find any type of solution.Cons:
I go to Kayak and reserve the car. I go to the location 2 days later to pick up the car for a business trip where they say we do not have a that reservation or a car for you. It is 11;40 closes at 12 and sitting in their parking lot is an abundance of other vehicles that could have been offered, were all going to be used that day for a day or two? Then the guy behind the counter says well it could be a computer glitch. We don't have the reservation or a car. My response was so now we are not going to take any accountability or responsibility for having computers do the work for us, like answer the telephone to make the reservation and talk to a live agent who speaks English or French. No offer to see what they can do, apologize for any inconvenience,not that they care I got the distinct feeling, said nothing they just stood there dumb founded and not speaking, as if to say it is my fault, and nothing we can do. So FO, basically. Customer Service wow, requires excessive training, and YES, I work in customer service, and know all about how customers can be, especially when they are intoxicated, high, or stealing merchandise in front of you. So, I know a little bit about dealing with the public, and their rights and cityit attitude, how to offer assistance and not blame the customer, or 3rd party online computer sites, as the reason there are no vehicles. If this is the case,then there is a serious flaw in the system that needs to be addressed. I call Kayak, they say it is Budget, call Budget they say it is Kayak. The final from the Philippines head office on customer service, that they could give me a 25 dollar credit towards my next rental, and how the hell did I get to work 4 hours away for that evening? Will I ever rent from Budget again, No, will I go to Hamilton, Ontario for rentals at this location. No. But, also being in customer service, and the I don't give a shit attitudes that do exist, when writing to complaint departments, they do nothing. At the end of it, be kind. They will go on with business, I just choose not to be their customer.10.0 Excellent

The brand new Hyundai Elantra was the biggest positive. Great and smooth car to drive.Cons:
Specifically, this location of Hertz is unprofessional. I arrived promptly to pick up the car at 8:00 am. But, the manager did not open the store until 8:25, which set back our trip.
