Cons:The "urban fee " is ridiculous! $15 per night.its a scam to make them look cheaper then the other hotels.room is definatly small but updated and pool and workout room is still closed.they want 75 to park..garage directly behind them is $35. Also I was literaly trapped in elevator because I didnt have my room card but I was in elevator before I realized that and it closed the door and as I looked it shut down .the lights turned of and panel was nonresponsive so I used the emergancy speaker thing and they were a off site answering service!!!!!! I survived.lol but what a irdeal....overal.clean updated and good locale .dump the fee figure the elevator issue out park behind and itll be a great place...

Pros:The location was great for what we needed it for, valet and bellhop were friendly and accommodating
Cons:The housekeeping schedule was very odd. We were expecting something in the morning or afternoon but had no housekeeping the first day and a half, didn’t even get housekeeping or an attempt at it until the night before we left, which would’ve happened between 7:30 and 9:30 that night while we were out.

Pros:We like the very kind and courteous staff. We did like that they moved us to a new room when we requested to be moved. We like the price point and the location.
Cons:We didn't like that they put us on a floor where they were doing construction right outside the window. We didn't like that there was water damage and mold on the wallpaper by the window. We didn't like the beds were uncomfortable.

Pros:Being close to the parks. The loop is very walkable.
Cons:They changed our reservation for a suite with two beds and a pull out couch to 1 king bed. Could not find the 3rd party email to show them this was wrong, had to pay an "upgrade fee" to get what we had already paid for. The Willis tower has over 105 elevator cars, this place had 3 and one of those was not working. 2 elevators that served 15 floors. Housekeepers very kind, but you never see them until late in the afternoon/evening. Had to call down for towels every day of our stay. Had an awesome view: of the construction right outside of our window. Good news, the crews don't work weekends. Bad news: they work late in the day. Interior is dated. Beds are hard.
