Cons: El peor hotel en el que puedan estar, desde que uno llega se siente la mala vibra, el mal servicio, mal olor y la oscuridad. Cuando yo reserve online dice claramente que que incluia desayuno gratis, estando alli fui a desayunar el desayuno es un verdadero asco, incluye chicharrones y tortillas remojadas que segun se suponia que eran chilaquiles, lo chistoso que a medio desayuno empezaron a molestarme preguntandome que en que cuarto estaba para inmediatamente cobrarme, me dijeron que no estaba incluido el desayuno aunque les demostre que en mi recervacion decia que si. Aparte todo el hotel tiene un mal olor. Las sabanas estaban manchadas de sangre les dije que las cambiaran y me dijeron que estaban limpias. La peor experiencia de mi vida. Jamas regresare y no lo recomiendo para nada. Horrible lugar y el peor servicio

Pros: It is an ok hotel for a night or 2. The breakfast is ok. The consulate is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel. At least it does have wifi

Pros: We had 2 rooms with free breakfast included and when we had breakfast the lady at the check out charge us for the breakfast knowing that we had free breakfast..when I asked the front desk employee he said yes u do have free breakfast but the other girl at the registers would not refund the money to us.she said that we were confuse and that we didn't have any breakfast included. . She had already taken my cash and would not refund. . We will not stay at this hotel again the staff is dishonest, I was very disappointed with this situation because we always stay at this hotel and now they lost a customer.

Pros: Like always is a pleasure to stay here, i stay at Hilton,Marriott and Wyndham hotels and so far this Hotel is the best in service, very friendly,rooms and the bed is very great,they go above and beyond to help with anything, and they speak Engkish.

Cons: The only thing i will change is the parking when thay have events, the parking at front should be only for guests and not events, or just in general, front parkong only for guests.

Pros: excellent buffet staff is very friendly and accommodating , room quality is outstanding very clean.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable, and overall room was very clean. Great presentation. We ordered room-service and the food was outstanding! The bellboys were awesome, very helpful and friendly (can't say the same about the rest of the staff) The gardens and pool are beautiful, clean, and family friendly.

Cons: Jacuzzi was cold, had to ask for it to be turned on however after about an hour it was only a bit warm. Also having to leave an ID to borrow towels for the pool/Jacuzzi I thought was odd and felt a sense of distrust from the hotel. The vent in the restroom was not working, I mention this to the cleaning lady and she said simply that there was no air available in the restroom. The staff was courteous but not as friendly as I would expect, I have previously stayed in Hotel Maria Bonita and the staff there was much friendlier, no matter where we turned all the staff would say hello and asked if they could be of assistance. In Lucerna we had to ask for any help, some of the staff didn't even acknowledge our presence.

Pros: I liked the breakfast and the day to day variety of the main dishes such as chilaquiles, eggs, and chicharon to name a few. The place was gated with a supervisor so it made me feel safe. It is walking distance from supermarkets, and they provide transportation to visa appointments. The staff was very friendly and even the cleaning staff was so kind and very helpful. In my opinion, this hotel is a bargain for the price.

Pros: The staff was super helpful, especially one of the receptionists there. I didn't catch her name.

Cons: Breakfast is from 6-10am. At 9:30 they practically dont bring out anymore main dishes. Only cereal, juice and fruit. Dont relay on their transportation, they have a " set schedule " however it always leaves about 10 or 15 min early. You have to be in the lobby about 20min prior.

Cons: I was meeting a friend and was not aware that she had arrived because the phone in my room was broken. Without my approval, my friend was almost turned away. Fortunately, she was finally escorted to the door to my room and was able to visit with me.

Pros: Hotel is super clean and beds are comfy. Definitely the staff makes a whole different experience, they're all kind and friendly. Felt completely safe while we where at the hotel that a bonus as well. Location if you're coming to do Consulate paperwork could seem like is not close but the shuttle service is excellent and there a convenience store close by which is great.

Pros: Hospital next door. Mall across the street is nice with good food court. Wendys, Dennys, McDonalds, Starbucks, Subway, Dominos and Buffalo Wild Wings within walking distance. Free breakfast is great. WiFi is excellent!

Cons: The bar/ restaurant areas are very noisy with loud music all the time, which is nice, but there's no escape if you want a quiet drink or snack while working. Pool is very small (and drained while I was there) a gym would be a better use of the space IMO.

Pros: They had a restaurant down stairs so I didn't have to wander far for food at random hours. Close to the mall and the US consulate along with the Medical center and the biometrics place. Very friendly and great service.

Pros: This is my second time staying at the hotel. The staff is very nice and the hotel is clean.

Cons: The morning breakfast is very poor. The hours are only 7-9 a.m. If you are on vacation or you were out late the night before, you will miss the breakfast. When I was there the first time, which was in February 2016, the breakfast was better. Now it isn't worth it. The food is poor quality and minimal selection. Also, the hot tub in the pool area wasn't working.

Cons: Lo único malo fue que el transporte al aeropuerto no esta disponible para todos. Solo hay 3 corridas y si hay una compañía de varias personas. Tienes que pagar taxi y es muy caro.

Pros: The decoration of the hotel was amazing and very, very charismatic and beautiful. It was a great location to take pictures and have dinner. The restaurant was pretty good and the waiters were very friendly.

Cons: Where to begin? The entertainment in the rooms are outdated, not every room will have a flat screen or functioning cable. The 1st room we were in the television didn't work and the toilet's flushing handle was broken so they changed our rooms. The 2nd room was smaller than the 1st one however the TV worked and we could watch some tv until the signal went out. The other bad experience I had was that the keys kept on unprogramming and we had to go to the reception area to have them reprogrammed. Ridiculous having to go to the front desk almost every other time to have our keys work. The absolute WORST part of staying here is that they closed the swimming pool without communicating to anyone. After we complained all they could say is sorry & that they would let us know if there were any changes. I called them back to ask and again they apologized but they weren't authorized to let us go into the pool. Funny thing though, hanging up with them, about 2 minutes later they call back and say, "The swimming pool is opened!" When we get there, it had apparently been opened for a while since there were kids who had already been playing and even got tired of being there. Horrible customer service. I honestly expected so much more from this hotel for the prices they charge and for the "RAVE" reviews it gets. We typically test different hotels throughout the city and various states and Maria Bonita Consulate fell flat and did not meet our expectations. There are better hotels than this one, customer service wise and everything else, and to be honest I don't plan on staying here or recommending it to anyone any further. Fiesta Inn and Mesaluna are far better.

Pros: The hotel amenities were very nice, very clean, there is a nice Spanish style to the hotel. It has a very elegant, relaxing feel to the hotel. The staff was also very accommodating of my children, even going so far as to straighten our pack-n-play, which we had brought from home, every day.

Pros: Staff was awesome and Accomodating. When we had to extend our stay for unseen circumstances, they easily extended our reservation and let us pay per night. Several that we met during our stay said that it was the best hotel within walking distance of the consulado. If you get tired of Mexican food (we did), there's a Texas ribs place on the same corner. Real food (not deep fried) prepared in an American style. Yay! Definitely check out the bar recoveco in the hotel for a quiet place to hide in the afternoons when you need to get out of the room. The outdoor patio is wonderful on breezy nights with a pina colada or margarita.

Cons: A little confusion in pulling up the booking from booking.com when I called ahead to confirm. Not all the consierge have access to those who booked online. The pool is a little TOO warm for my tastes. Restaurant Service can be slow at times, so be sure to not be in a rush. .

Pros: The convenience of the location is great, you have literally everything at walking distance, and the courtesy trips the hotel offers. Breakfast. Loved the breakfast simple, but delicious thank you Tita! The building outside well lighted. The fact that they keep track of who leaves with who (Taxi/Uber/even their own vehicle) makes you feel safe.

Pros: I have to travel to Juarez Mexico for business purposes.I stayed for 9 days and the service was excellent staff and people there are very nice. They have delicious breakfast which is included. Most of the customers where there for similar reason so we share experiences and I left leaving great friends there. I will definitely come back and choose same hotel again.

Cons: I didn't like WiFi. I couldn't access to my tablet no Internet access and the only computer you can use is old. I think if they provide better Internet connection would be really nice and ppl would feel 1000 % satisfied.

Cons: It seems that they are renovating the hotel so the carpets in the hallways were very dirty, torn, and outdated. Our room had seversl cracks in the ceiling, the refrigerator didn't work and they tried to tell us that it was meant to keep the food at room temperature. There was no iron. The guests in the next room arrived at 3am drunk, and were very loud, you could hear their conversation through the walls. The pictures shown online we're absolutely different than the actual Hotel, it was quite disappointing.

Cons: Drunks next room. 2 rooms of them congregated next door. Noisy, yelling all night. 3rd floor had a security guard but, the staff could not control them. Failed to have them removed. Security not involved. We had to be up at 4:00 AM for flight. Got very little to no sleep due to the drunks party. I may lower the staff's rating due to no controlling the drunks. The staff rating would have been better if the drunks had of been controlled or removed to the lobby or another floor.

Pros: The cordon bleu chicken plate was delicious. The rice was very good. The quesadillas were also good.

Cons: 1st I didn't like that I had to pay extra to go to my room because I was a bit early but was tired for my flight so I didn't want to wait for my room entry. Then later went it was time to bed we went to bed and at about 2:00 am my husband and I woke up to bed bugs I took a pic and called the front desk they too took a picture of the bedbug my husband killed one and I had one right were I was sleeping in my back was very disgusted by the whole thing but they moved us to a different floor and a new room k401 but it was great after that my cleaning lady (Esther Herrera) made it great also Rigo Alegria, great people so the hotel try making what we went through by giving us free breakfast in our stay but still when we stop by the front desk to pick up the coupon they didn't make me feel all that great...looks made me feel uncomfortable...

Cons: Everything from the room to the staff. Rooms were super dirty and nothing worked, not even the lights. The staff were horrible not well mannered at all. They don't like guest that get cheap deals on Expedia because they say they can't make money off of us customers. What was worse is that before you can claim your reservation there, they ask how you booked your room so cheap and once you tell them through Expedia they give you the worst rooms ever and give the most horrid staff service. My reservation had free breakfast included but the staff were charging it. Over all I do not recommend others to stay at this hotel at all, not even for businesse or pleasure. Oh almost forgot they charge to use the pool. Like seriously?

Pros: Nothing its a long story as I celebrated my anniversary with my wife only to comeback and find the door open and the room had been used by other people with plates, cake, beer bottles on the outside by the window and the bed was dirty with the cake.

Cons: As a costumer you make things right for the costumer always and they did not care about my stay there and i paid for nothing as i did not spend my night there, Nobody has taken care of my issue as a costumer the hotel staff did not want to refund blaming booking for the policy and sadly booking.com did not do anything either because there was no pics, obviously when i tried to take pics they had blocked the hotel room card therefore I was unable to do anything about the pictures issued. Stay for security reasons away from potentially something like this happening to you.

Cons: We couldn't get extra towels from hotel housekeepers, we were told we had to request them from front desk because they have to approve getting extra things like that in the rooms. The hotel does not offer late check-out and you only get 10 min. grace period to leave room after the hotel's set check-out time.

Pros: The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good. But the best part of the stay was definitely the staff. Very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor problems ( wi-fi, extra towels) which were immediately solved.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is that the walls are thin, and there is no sound barrier. We could hear people walking in the hallways, talking in their rooms, etc. Other than that, everything was great.
