Cons:
It's 2021 and they still don't have a chip reader!! So I couldn't use my credit card which carried the accident waiver and ended up having to purchase it from Hertz. Staff could care less about customer service. Do not recommend.2.0 Poor

Location manager willing to work with us and try to make it right.Cons:
We were never told of a $200 deposit/hold on our credit card. We were given a vehicle that had front end damage and was not clean on the inside or outside and was not sanitized inside. The employee working with us, filled out our customer survey instead of letting us do it saying the vehicle had no damage and was clean. Both lies!..We were told we could exchange the vehicle at another location at our destination but being they did not do the paperwork correctly with the former front end damage the new location was unwilling to swap out vehicles.Alamo
