Cons:It's 2021 and they still don't have a chip reader!! So I couldn't use my credit card which carried the accident waiver and ended up having to purchase it from Hertz. Staff could care less about customer service. Do not recommend.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2021

Pros:Location manager willing to work with us and try to make it right.Cons:We were never told of a $200 deposit/hold on our credit card. We were given a vehicle that had front end damage and was not clean on the inside or outside and was not sanitized inside. The employee working with us, filled out our customer survey instead of letting us do it saying the vehicle had no damage and was clean. Both lies!..We were told we could exchange the vehicle at another location at our destination but being they did not do the paperwork correctly with the former front end damage the new location was unwilling to swap out vehicles.Reviewed 9 Dec. 2020

Absolute Bullcrap!Pros:nothingCons:Reserved my car 2 weeks prior and when I got to the location to pick it up and hour and half past my rental time i had to wait!!!! Cons:That because I paid with my credit card my husband could not drive the car unless we wanted to pay 200.00 than we had a tire that kept loosing air pressure. They informed us because we did not take their insurance out the tire fix was on our expense . So I guess that kind of sums it up except for the part when they bought the Toyota Corolla around for us to leave and there was about 14 inch wet spot in front passenger seat witch smelled like it looked. So we paid 75 dollars more for the next size up because they had nothing else for us. Thank you asking!Reviewed 6 Oct. 2018
