Pros: Nice, relaxed ambience of the hotel. Great staff and food

Pros: While the wait staff (excluding the bar staff) were rather helpful, the one working elevator was slow, the spa did not have any openings, and we received a 3am wake up call that we did not authorize. For a luxury hotel, they have some work to do.

Pros: The Kingsley was a great place to settle down In Cork. The staff were professional and took pride in their work. The rooms were nice and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: When I asked for new pillow cases because mine had hair all over them, the counter help did bring me new ones and apologized. The breakfast was decent.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked our stay last-minute and they did their best to accommodate us and got us a cheaper rate than what we had booked. Each person that we talked to at reception gave us helpful tips for our trip and made some great recommendations! Beds were comfortable enough. We had a room with an ensuite, though we didn't know it was an ensuite until we were leaving...oops. We just never thought to look. The bathrooms attached to the rooms are much nicer than the public bathrooms. Continental breakfast is offered in the mornings. I believe it was 3 or 5 euros each.

Pros: the only thing that maybe someone wouldn't appreciate is that it's located on a hill but it wasn't a problem for me, just a short walk. You'll find there very kind and helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, many services available, i was in a double room, not so big but nice room and nice bathroom with shower, cheap internet, very close to city centre, would definitely stay again
