Pros:Check in was easy, had a problem with the car. The car had over 50,000 miles, and the tires were had very little tread. Went back in and the customer service quickly put me in a newer car.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2021

Pros:RAV4 handled very well. Up steep hills and winding mountain roads, the car performed well with 4 passengers, luggage, and a wheelchair at times. Gas mileage was quite respectful.Cons:Explanation of breakdown of costs.Reviewed 4 Jun. 2021

Pros:Staff was super friendly even after late hours, quick check in and check out.Cons:The car stunk like cigarettes. I got a migraine immediately. After buying a car refresher it was better. Maybe clean it up a little for the next customer.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2021

Pros:I was told at the counter that the rate that I had booked at was $100 more. I showed them my booking confirmation and the rate but was told that this was not enough for them to make the adjustment. I was then told to prove to them what the weekly rate was. So I walked over to Alamo car rental and booked instead. Dollar rental didn’t seem like they wanted my business so I went elsewhere.Cons:Better cost break down in the email confirmation.Reviewed 5 Jan. 2020

Pros:It was all good.Cons:I couldn’t get the seat back to a comfortable position. Could just be me. I had a pillow with me to put behind me so it worked for what I needed. But it would have become unbearable if I’d had to sit in it for longer than an hour.Reviewed 10 Jun. 2018
