Additional charges that I did not agree to were applied at collection. When I realised and tried to get help to correct the errors by phone, email and in person I was repeatedly lied to by different employees. Since I needed a car, it was good. The counter person was dismissive, just did the basics, explaining both (such as do I bring it back filled or not?, THAT was important and expensive), then handed me paperwork with instructions to go to the Dollar kiosk in the garage for my keys and vehicle. No one has entered the Dollar kiosk in that garage in quite a whlie. No employee present anywhere near, I wandered around, found the car, still no help. 15 minutes later a car driver brought a car in and saw me, directed me to the HERTZ kiosk for my keys. She actually got the keys for me. I wish I had her name. The car was not clean, had several minor things that no longer worked, nothing that affected drive ability and I was already hours late. Little, annoying things. And the oil change notice kept coming on at odd times. It was NOT worth that kind of money.Reviewed 24 Sep. 2023

First off I ordered an intermediate suv from you purposely not picking an electric one for which you had options. However you switched me to price line and price line downgraded my car to impact electric suv. I spent 2 hours on the phone. With them no resolve. After waiting 1 hour I. The rental line The rental company convinced me to pay them to “upgrade” back to the intermediate suv. The upgrade was more than the original rental but I had no choice since an electric wasn’t going to work and price line was solving nothing despite the fact I have the original order screen shot showing I purchased an intermediate suv. So we get ti the pickup area they only have electric sitting there and are pushing people to take them. They have gas cars but are keeping them offsite. Waiting their anouthet hour before we were given a vehicle in the end after paying for an intermediate suv 2 times over we were given a Chevy Malibu. A car not even an suv. I Will never do business with Dollar, price line or kayak again. The only real lose is Kayak I have been a customer for 15 years but after this I now longer can trust I’ll be getting what I paid for. My suggestion to you is don’t do business with others you can’t trust because it makes all the search variables you have useless and loses your customers trust.Reviewed 24 Sep. 2023

Attendant demanded a US passport in order to use the reservation, which I don't carry because I'm an Italian resident. And she wouldn't accept my Italian driver's license, requiring me to make a new reservation for over $100 more. And the check engine light illuminated after picking up the car, making us wonder if it would break down. When we reported the problem to Dollar, they said "call us when the car breaks down".
