Pros:Staff was helpful at counter. (Hertz counter) Vehicle was very clean.Cons:No one meets you at drop off so you have to guess where to leave vehicle. I carried my paperwork in to the Dollar Office and gave it to rental employee. I was asked if email receipt was okay, which it was.Reviewed 9 Nov. 2019

DisastrousPros:Hated everything . I was left without a car in Huntsville, Alabama.Cons:The Dollar counter was closed. A sign referred me to Hertz’s counter. The sign said they were closed at 5pm. My flight was delayed. There was no alternative. So, no car. Disaster.Reviewed 27 Dec. 2017
