We showed up at the dollar location which was run by hertz, who insisted on selling us a different more expensive package as they did not honor the one we purchased online from dollar, including the insurance. The same thing was happening at the two counters next to ours. It was a take it or leave it situation. It’s a scam, never againReviewed 29 Jun 2024
