Our flight in was delayed and when we got to the dollar rental. Everybody was gone when I called the night manager. He simply said sorry. You'll have to come back tomorrow. So basically they stranded us at the airport in Tulsa. Luckily, enterprise stepped up to the plate, and did a fantastic job of taking Care of our Needs. And making us feel like they really cared. We won't be back to the dollar. Also, my wife rented this through the kayak app. The scheduling between flight times and return times on the rental were completely mismatched. You had us turning the car in at 12 noon. Our flight wasn't till 630, so it seems like the whole thing was a gimmick to begin with where you guys are trying to get us to spend more money to extend the rental in the first place. I don't think we're gonna be back to the kayak app. Either.Reviewed 12 Mar. 2024

Pros:Fast and easy the pick up and drop off. No hassle and fast statement received once I had returned the car.Cons:No surprise charges when picking up the car. When reserving the car it should already calculated how much is expected to be charge.Reviewed 14 Mar. 2021

Pros:staff was great, drop off was easy.Cons:the additional fees incurred at drop off were not disclosed properly at rental. those fees should be disclosed when someone is making the purchase. it's shady and nobody feels good about their rental when they're slapped with that. the vehicle was clean and full of gas, i'm talking about the "standard" fees that everyone incurs.Reviewed 28 Jan. 2020

Pros:The person at the counter at pickup was very friendly and professional. Car was clean and in good condition.Cons:$9.99/gallon for fuel is exhorbitant when the local market rate is around $2.15. I had every intention of filling it up (because I knew I would only use about 3 gallons which didn't justify a prepaid full tank) but was delayed because the job interview I was there for went long and I would have missed my flight if I'd stopped for fuel.Reviewed 7 Nov. 2019

Cons:Had to wait a day to get the car. Location was over booked and counter employee was rude about it. So we were stuck without a vehicle. Couldn't get dinner or anything we need to do done. Then they changed up twice for the rental. I will not ues dollar again. Back to Enterprise and stayingReviewed 27 May 2019

Return fees not as stated in agreementPros:The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, but do not feel that they understood the fees they said they were able to waive.Cons:That my charge when returning the vehicle was not what I was told in the rental agreement. I feel there was some dishonesty when I was told there were fees that would be waived, but then upon returning the vehicle found out I would be charged the added fees. I would have made other choices if I would have known this upfront. Either communication and training need to be done better or being honest about fees upfront and not surprising customers at the end of their trip when they return vehicles.Reviewed 19 Nov. 2018
