Agent was generous and helpfull by understanding our worries about not having our car rented by another rental car and he stepped in by helping us very quikly to help us, dont remember his name but he was the best for us. When I arrived to the agency, they said that there's no car left. So I had no car for my road trip, and couldn't find one anywhere except in the TURO application for private vehicules. I really hope I get a refund.
So, the representative was really nice and hard working. There was a long line. Avetis over works this poor man. I waited more than 1 hour and he was working so hard to clean the cars, inspect the cars, help people pick up the vehicles, and help people drop off the vehicles. After waiting on In a line, they were no cars for me. How this works is that they except your reservation, and it is on the first base first come first serve basis
The staff in both Las Vegas and Seattle were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
At completion of the rental, I received a pop-up stating I would be contacted when a vehicle became available. I never received any confirmation from them. My attempts to call were met with either a full voicemail or a redirect to the hotel. They left me a voicemail day of the rental to tell me that they go to lunch at noon so they need me to come before then. I had long made other arrangements by then. I will not be using them or this site for rental cars again.
The car was not cleaned per covid protocols. It was not washed and inside had dust on surfaces which leads me to believe high touch surfaces not done.
