There was no-one at the airport rental desk when I arrived at 11.30pm. There was a note with a number to contact them the next morning. I found transport to my final destination, 30 min drive away and the next morning they were relucant to come pick me up to bring me back to the ariport to get my car. I would never use this company again. Go with Budget when in WhitehorseReviewed 31 Oct. 2022

Friendly staff. The only thing I wish I had realized was that the 200$ deposit I agreed to did not cover windshield cracks. We had a rock chip that turned into a crack and I assumed the deposit was to cover emergencies like that. Next time I will make sure I get windshield insurance if there is such a thing.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2021

So many add ons at pick up. Was way more expensive then I had planned for. Had to insure windshield and tires separately to rest of vehicle?! It really added up.Reviewed 9 Nov. 2021
