Pros:Nothing good to reportCons:Customer service was almost the bright spot, but the gentleman who picked me up was griping about how his coworker was late, which I totally understand, but it's not really my business. When she arrived, he reprimanded her within earshot of me, which was a bit uncomfortable. I am out of spaceReviewed 20 Feb. 2019

Unorganized drop-offCons:When we dropped off our car, there was a paper sign on the door saying they had 'stepped out' and to leave the keys at the front hotel lobby desk. We relied on them for a shuttle to the airport. and they were no where to be found so we had to quickly uber, pushing our flight. They then later charged us for the entire tank at $5/gallon plus a $15 fee, even after we requested to have the option where they filled it for us, so we returned it empty. Customer service was terrible on the phone, saying the 'agent didnt remember you saying you needed that option' and that was their grounds for the charge. Total scam.Reviewed 6 Nov. 2017

Be Ready for Ups and ExtrasPros:There wasn't anything that I likedCons:Small stuffy room in a hotel was hard to find. Staff was not customer friendly and were used to people having the same reaction I did of being a palled when they became aware of the fine print that was not advertised and was not well it was contracted for. Extra fees for this and that did not result in making this any kind of economy kind of transaction. Stay away would be my suggestion. Use a first rate, name, company.Reviewed 15 Mar. 2017

Pros:SNA really nice car - it must have been nearly new friendly staff reasonable priceCons:you have to take a shuttle off-site so it takes some time depending on your viewpoint - they are over zealous checkiing the car for every nick and scratch before and afterReviewed 13 Mar. 2017

First time...will also be my last time.Pros:The price, eventually, was good. It fortunately ended up being the same price in my reservation.Cons:When I arrived, it was not clear where to go, or that the company was even there. No employee was in the office, but there was another customer. When the employee did arrive 10 minutes later, she took another customer who arrived with her, but supposedly was there first. She helped him, and then assisted the man ahead of me. When he declined insurance, the employee stated that he needed to provide his insurance policy number. That made me leery, and i asked if that was only because he was using a debit card. She said I would have to provide the name of my insurance company. In the 10 years I've rented cars, dozens of times, that has never happened to me. I finally was assisted, and walked to my vehicle after I had been there (at Irvine, California) for 40 minutes. On the walk-around, I noticed several scrapes and paint drips. Why? The car had been in an accident and repainted. The car drove poorly, shuddering occasionally and locking up/having trouble with traction when going from a stop. The whole reason of renting a car was to have a functional vehicle while mine was in the shop. It didn't feel very safe, and I drove it very little, putting off a trip to LA to visit family. On the return, I was told by the same enployee that it would have to wait while she drove the previous customer back to the airport. I told her I didn't have time for that, and she said she could email me my receipt. It was a bit disconcerting waiting the two hours for the email, but it was correct, fortunately.Reviewed 21 Dec. 2016
