Pros:I liked the unlimited miles makes a difference and will definitely get me to rent again if it stays around.Cons:The overall extension process and maybe price should be considered to be locked in at whatever rate you booked it at to begin with if extended. Just an idea.Reviewed 23 Jun. 2020

Pros:Pickup was great. Drop off was backed up and looked really understaffed for the volume of cars being returned.Cons:Drop off area better managed. We had to walk a long way to the shuttle bus terminal with all our suitcases in tow. Usually the drop is much closer to the building.Reviewed 31 Dec. 2019

Pros:I booked a rental car on Kayak with Enterprise but there were no cars available upon my arrival. When I asked to make sure that i was not charged, the Enterprise representative was unable to confirm one way or the other as whether i was charged. I tried calling Kayak but they were closed.Cons:Don't accept a booking if there are not rental cars available. 24 hour customer service should be available with Kayak.Reviewed 29 Oct. 2019

Nice experiencePros:The car was really clean and easy to adjust to driving. The service was quick and somewhat friendly.Cons:They didn't explain about everything like other places I've rented from. As I was driving away in the vehicle, I noticed that it was not completely full as I later noticed on the paperwork once I looked at it. I did take a picture of it showing a bar missing. I assume the gas policy works like other rentals and if I returned it like I received it, then I would be good.Reviewed 30 May 2017
