The rudest manager I’ve ever witnessed. Liar employees that called to confirm my reservation the day before and when I got there my car was not there. The manager said I have no control over this when I asked who has control he said I’m the manager but I can’t control anything here and sent me away. He didn’t care and was making fun of another customer who wanted to pay cash with another employee right in front me. That store either needs to close down or the whole team needs to change because it’s ruining enterprise reputation. I would never rent from enterprise again because time is gold and I waisted 2 hours of my time that day driving to OC from LA. Bad business very bad!!!!!Reviewed 26 Oct 2023

Cons:Honestly I really like Enterprise and the one in Anaheim on Harbor... hands down best customer service! The guys are so friendly to all customers from what I saw while waiting. They make it as easy for you to be in and out without wasting your time or theirs. I will most likely only be using enterprise for car rentals whenever needed.
