Pros:Staff was initially friendly. I was given a bigger car than expected.Cons:Because the car was washed before I received it, both the rental agent and I did not notice a major scratch on the trunk. I was accused of creating the scratch. Also, there was also visible damage to the windshield and the car no longer had a key remote opener. It seemed like I was knowingly given a car that was damaged to be charged for damage. I will never rent from this Enterprise, and possibly any Enterprise. I don't trust them .Reviewed 2 Nov 2020

Pros:The service! Very aggressive very poor. Not very friendly as I arrived I was aggressively pushed out of the building because no one cannot come in the building because what is going on these days.Cons:Let the customer know that they cannot come in the building signs it still doesn’t help out that much some people just walk in the building as we do before. If someone walks in the door say hi please stand outside the building in a professional manner not aggressively Walking towards the customer aggressively With their hand up and stand outside towards the customer.Reviewed 17 Jun 2020
