Stupid enterprise called me less than 24 hours before we were supposed to leave for our vacation to inform us that they did not have the vehicle that we reserved. Had to borrow a friend's extra car because no one else had a rental on short notice.Reviewed 14 Mar. 2022

Pros:The service that I received during the pick up of the rental could not have been better. The assistant manager at this location went above and beyond and because of this our vacation was improved 10 fold. I could not be happier.Cons:During the drop off I had to get a ride that was on a time table. The return took considerably longer than the pickup due to the staffing of the office. (Only one person working at the time) With that being said they did what they could and I left a happy customer. They will do whatever they can to earn your return business and I recommend them without hesitation.Reviewed 12 May 2017
