We where quoted a price but when we got there they charged a higher price not only that but the wait time was over 2 hours and before we even got there we were given 3 different locations to go pick up the car overall it was the worst ever. And multiply that times the other 150 to 200 other people that got the same or worst. JUST PITAFULL !!!!!!!!Reviewed 11 Jul. 2021

Pros:The gentleman that helped me was very nice. It was really hot that day & I had to wait outside for close to 45 mins while he helped other customers before I got my vehicle. He was always communicating with me & was very professional & friendly.Cons:The car was very dirty & smelled like cigarette smoke. There was previous damage to the vehicle (scrapes & crack in the windshield-which was all recorded before I took possession of the vehicle). And I was about an hour into my journey, figuring out off the gadgets when I came across the tire gage. All 4 tires where WAY off (47, 45, 31 & 33) YIKES! I pulled over & adjusted the tire pressure. That should have been taken care of prior to me getting in the vehicle.Reviewed 14 Jul. 2020
