Pros:Easy to drop off the car at the end of rental periodCons:The car being rented had dirty windows, smelly, and lacked floor mats. The staff wanted me to sign off on the paperwork about the car's condition before I had a chance to inspect the carReviewed 8 Oct. 2018

Getting tire trouble handled was a messPros:We were fortunately upgraded at pickup to an intermediate SUV, which was helpful because it meant we had a little more room to work with for our trip for the holidays.Cons:We had a slow leak in a tire. I spent an hour on the phone with roadside service trying to find a way to get the tire fixed, and was recommended a tire shop 25 minutes away. I called two places that were closer to me in the next 2 minutes and found that one of them could see me right away and went there. They checked the tire, determined that it needed replaced, but didn't have the replacement in stock. They filled it so that it could carry me for a while longer. I stopped at an off-airport location to see if they could replace the vehicle and was told they couldn't access my rental information because I was renting from an airport location. Why in the world are they on different systems that can't interact? Two days later I called roadside again and the person could not get ahold of the local airport location but could see their inventory and told me that a vehicle should be available if I show up and tell them we tried to call ahead and I needed a vehicle. They did have some SUVs but they were slotted for pickup later in the day, so they sent me off with a mini-van instead. This was an acceptable replacement for me and I was just glad to have the issue finally resolved. The whole experience was quite overwhelming, and I would hope that such a simple issue could be resolved more quickly and easily.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2018

Drop Off Location- Receipt'sPros:Friendly StaffCons:The Staff didn't have knowledge in knowing how to close out my rental agreement, and printing a receipt out for me (the customer) when asked to do so. At first, I was told that I would have to call the location that I picked the rental up from to get a receipt, printed or e-mail. After a twenty minute conversation, someone from the Staff was able to produce a printed receipt.Reviewed 4 Jun. 2017

Operating Hours are not long enough at Enterprise Gainesville AirportPros:-quick and fast check-inCons:My flight arrived at 11:00 p.m. to Gainesville but the Enterprise counter closes at 11:00 p.m. So, I had to come back the next morning (wasted 2 cab rides and time). Counter should close at 11:30 p.m.Reviewed 26 Apr. 2017

Pros:Nice Car, clean, easy drop offCons:When I got there the person told me I had to pay for upgrade and had to leave my car somewhere else other than where I chose to drop it off. The total bill was 2.5 times what it was said on Kayak. I had to argue and talk to manager to get what I was told on Kayak, did not need that hassle.Reviewed 6 Sep. 2016

Do not Use Trird Party Websites to book on EnterprPros:nothingCons:This was the absolute worse Enterprise experience I have ever had. The clerk that greeted me was rude, did not say hello or look up, She only sputtered "license and credit card". She then demanded my boarding pass, which I did not have. I made the reservation through a travel site and the Miami airport was what they sent me to. I called the office to let them know I was running late, but no one picked up the phone. Then I called the 800 Rent A Car number and they only said I need a credit card to rent from there and nothing about a boarding pass. I asked the rude clerk to let me talk to the manager, and he said they do not rent to local people. They had my reservation in the system and they should honor it. I asked to to talk to his boss. A rude guys came out and basically said "too bad". I then said that since Enterprise told me this location was OK, they should give me a ride to the correct location. No dice, even though that is what Enterprise if known for. I said I was going to call the 800 number. He said he would call the police. We were both on the phone. I was telling the 800 number person how the manager was as calling the police. I then hand the phone over to the manager so he could get some tips on customer service from the 800 number person. The call was dropped after a couple of minutes. I left and easliy rented a car from National. On my way to the car I saw the police he called. He had LIED, telling them I was 1) in the way and 2) calling him names. This was the worst experience I have had renting a car. I partially blame your website, since it does not divulge that locals cannot rent cars there. Out of all of the Enterprise locations you sent me to the exact wrong one.Reviewed 5 Feb. 2016
