Pros: Staff were friendly

Cons: Don’t bother with buying insurance in advance as Enterprise won’t accept it. The location you’re sent to is wrong and the new location is a couple of blocks away. I rejected 3 vehicles and accepted the last only because I had to pick up family from the airport and was in a rush. Never again

Reserved car - wasn't at location when I arrived

Cons: Was told "sorry, we don't have the car" with zero attempt to figure out a viable solution. We needed a 7 person vehicle and weren't offered any sort of consolation or assistance in finding a suitable vehicle. Absolutely done with Enterprise on every level.

Pros: Nothing couldn't get the car the place was closed .

Cons: Never received an email confirmation no reminders and did not know about the location hours so I got there 20 minutes after and couldn't get the car

Awful Service

Pros: The only positive was location and hours.

Cons: Really bad attitude and service from the woman managing the place. She refused to rent to me because my drivers license photo was a bit faded. My license was valid but since I've been overseas in the military for 10 years I had not been able to update my photo. She then took a photo of my license with her phone and sent to her boss who also denied me as well. I'm sure her phone camera made it even lighter. All of this despite the fact I rent from other Enterprise offices all the time and they had all of my information on their database. Funny thing is I planned to rent for a month and spend nearly $1000. They seem to forget they're in business to make money. My friend told me I should not have identified myself as a retired military veteran there as the locals are not fond of vets including the manager he knew about from others.
