Pros:Staff onsite was super friendly at the 30 Halawai locationCons:Little confusing when booking online. Started with a Westin location, they told me the only office that had a Jeep was the “airport” location, which turned out to be right across the street from my hotel. Pros:The drop off was easy but it’s too far to get back to Lahaina Harbor so we had to get a taxi to get there.Cons:Shorter distance to and from car rental would be better. We had to get a taxi to the car rental and back.Reviewed 11 May 2019

Pros:We had to take a taxi there as the place at the Sheraton within walking was sold out. They were very very busy but shantelle did a good job of moving us through quickly and let us return it at the rental place within walking. The key drop.box was easy to find.Cons:I understand they were busy, but they were unable to pick us up so we could get on our way so we had to pay a taxi.Reviewed 19 Jan. 2019

Easy and efficientPros:The pickup as well as drop was extremely easy. We were picked up from Hotel in a Mustang convertible which was quite a nice surprise. The staff made the rental transaction very easy and simple. Drop off was painless and they deposited back to the hotel.Reviewed 23 Jan. 2018
