Pros: informative, helpful, and friendly staff great car
Cons: $200.00 deposit drop off at lot (saturday night) but i am still responsible for car until the next day they come in (monday)

Unable to rent
Pros: Unfortunately I was unable to rent the vehicle because I didn’t have a major credit card and they would not accept a debit card.
Cons: The fact that I was able to reserve with my debit card but not able to rent with it.

Pros: Online rental was fast and easy
Cons: The class of car I rented was not available. I ended up taking a smaller one, which was ok. I left without any type of paperwork about the rental. I was asked about an online receipt which I never got. The tank was less than half full, so I wasn't sure how much needed to be in the car when I returned it. Again No paperwork. The renatl agent was very nice, but the process left something to be desired.

Service was so awful
Cons: We were givin misleading information by TWO enterprise employees on the phone. This and maybe an error through price lines booking website led to two days of hassle, three trips to the nearest enterprise rental an hour away from our house, and our vacation being cancelled. All because I put my faith in this business, our reservation, and the two employees who assured me of what I needed and that we were all set for our rental.

Reserved a car for a closed Enterprise
Cons: Reserved car for 12pm on a Saturday, that particular Enterprise closed by then. Kayak went through with the reservation anyway. Customer service could not be reached to fix the situation since they were closed as well.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: They gave the car away. They didn't care. I was late to pick up the rental. Nowhere in the fine print did it indicate the car would be given to someone else if I didn't arrive promptly.

Pros: Nice car.
Cons: It took over an hour to get the car after I arrived at the Enterprise location--even though I already had a reservation. There really is no possible excuse for taking that long to get the car when Enterprise knew what time I would be arriving and what type of car I had reserved.
