Enterprise cancelled my rental ONE DAY BEFORE PICKUP. I rented the car to drive to airport and local rental office said they could not do one way rentals. Had to pay higher rates to Budget for a last minute rental. Will never do business with Enterprise again.Reviewed 6 Dec. 2021

Vehicle was dirty at pickup, staff tried to charge us for a small ding in the fender that was there when we picked up the Vehicle and kept us waiting for an hour while they ignored us at return. They had the SUV parked where it couldn't be appropriately seen during the review, under trees and up against other cars yet parked it in the sun when we brought it back. Staff kept us waiting while they had coffee, sat on the phone and took care of others that came in later. Vehicle was dirty inside when we picked it up, and didn't run well while we had it. Not a pleasant experience nor will we rent from them again. Renter beware.Reviewed 23 Jul. 2021

Pros:They were fast. Maybe that’s because they were pulling a bait and switch. This is the first time I have ever had to write a negative review about anything, I feel if it’s not egregious then most things can be overlooked. This was egregiousCons:Everything! Credit card fraudPros:Renting the car went smoothlyCons:Unfortunately I got a call from my credit card company with a suspicious charge from enterprise rent a car in New York! I rented the car in California and was never in New York. I'm very upset and disturbed that Enterprise tried to use my credit card unlawfully and commit fraud. I will never use this car company again and I will let everyone I know not to use enterprise.Reviewed 29 Mar. 2016
