Pros:They did not have any cars they could give me. They said it was all sold out without helping me find an alternative.Cons:Be more helpful in finding solutions for customer instead of just saying we don’t have the vehicle, too bad, we can’t help you...Reviewed 30 Sep. 2020

Pros:The staff weren’t helpful at all. The location my reservation was booked was closed due to covid. There wasn’t anybody I could reach by phone. There was a sign on the door saying to go to another location. By the time I arrived, and waiting in line, they said they booked me as a no show. Again, no phone answers, poor customer service, when I asked for help with other locations that can get my rental, they told me to google it.Cons:Every single aspect of that experience could have been better.Reviewed 11 Aug. 2020

Cons:The local office left a voicemail for me the day before and minutes before they were closing to tell me they would not have the type of car I rented. When I tried to call back I got a machine. I called the next closest location and they also said they would not know what they would have until noon.Reviewed 16 Aug. 2019
