Had problems with car-mechanical/tire- Called Canton Enterprise told me what to do, went to Myrtle Beach Enterprise got car replacement everything went well. Customer service at both places outstanding.Reviewed 3 Sep. 2021

Cons:We attempted to pick up the rental at the airport. Employee at the counter was extremely rude. We weren’t able to rent the car due to a policy for adding an additional driver, but the way we were treated was unacceptable.Reviewed 25 Nov. 2019

Cons:The drop off was in the back of the parking lot. During my drop off, it was pouring rain. I had to run through the parking lot with my bags in the pouring rain. Airport needs to come up with a better drop plan. Flying all day soaking wet is miserable.Reviewed 16 Apr. 2018
