Pros:When I arrived for pick-up, there was a little delay, which is understandable considering there was only one cleaner doing all the cars due to the outbreak. The staff communicated with me throughout the wait to assure me they didn’t forget about me. Afterwards, they gave me a free upgrade to a JAGUAR!!! Will definitely go back to Alamo @ CAK.Cons:Hire more staff (if it’s possible in today’s climate)Reviewed 3 Jun. 2020

Pros:Vehicle was cleaned, No wait.Cons:Have the vehicle full of gas, let people know there’s a 300 hold fee on top of your rental fee that will be held on your credit card. Went booking on kayak, provide additional insurance information if selected.Reviewed 1 Nov. 2020

Didn't pay the differencePros:Nice people so friendly good carCons:I wanted the car to pick up from state drop it to another so they charged me more cuz of that it's fine for me. Akron/Canton airportPros:Very friendly and personable agent. Obtaining vehicle wen smoothly.Cons:Attempts to have me upgrade the vehicle class I had chosen,and then after I declined, I was informed there were no vehicles availabele from the SUV class I had chosen, and that I would be upgraded at no cost. If I had said yes, that I wanted to be upgraded, would I haven been charged the higher fee even though they did not have the size SUV I had reserved? Sometimes going to the car rental counter feels like dealing with a used car salesman.Reviewed 11 Oct. 2017
