Cons:I understand being safe due to Covid. The pickup and drop off process left a lot to be desired. You have to wait outside as the lobby is closed to customers. I had to wait for about 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by an agent. I had to wait another 20-25 minutes for them to even bring the car to me . Drop off was even worse. I waited outside for 20 min (in 40 degree weather) while the agent finished whatever she was doing . I don’t think I would rent from this location again .Reviewed 1 Dec. 2020

Pros:Horrible experience.Cons:I had a car booked for a time that they were closed. I arrived to pick up and the office was closed. I called enterprise for help and was told there was nothing they could do. I’m never booking a car here again and told several people about this experience.Reviewed 26 Jun. 2020

Almost PerfectPros:There was a mysterious hole in the bumper on drop off, but since I had their coverage I didn't need to do anything extra. Overall it was a great experience.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2016
