I CALLED SANTA FE ENTERPRISE OFFICE THE DAY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, AS OUR FLIGHT WAS RESCHEDULED BY THE AIRLINE AND WE WOULD NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 6 PM. THEY SAID THEY CLOSED AT 5 PM AND I COULD GET THE VEHICLE THE NEXT MORNING. HOWEVER, I HAD RESERVED A SUBURBAN AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. THEY OFFERED ME TWO OTHER SUV'S BUT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ENOUGH LUGGAGE SPACE FOR OUR FAMILY'S TRIP. I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION AND WAS ABLE TO GET A TRANSIT VAN THROUGH TURO FOR LESS THAN THE ENTERPRISE OFFER. SUFFICE IT TO SAY, I WILL NEVER CONSIDER A RENTAL AGENCY THAT IS NOT ON THE AIRPORT GROUNDS, AND IS NOT AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY. YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER ONLY OFFERING RENTAL AGENCIES THAT CAN FULLY SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING MY FEEDBACK!!!Reviewed 24 Jul. 2022

The manager Mike and his staff, specifically, Isiah were enthusiastic, down-to-earth and upfront about the rental options. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to help were exceptional. They were willing to provide wonderful tips and options for activities beyond the beaten path. Pros:The staff was very nice, gave me some clorox wipes to clean up the car (even though it was already very clean, it was just to be sure). Enterprise is also waiving the normal fee to drop the car in a different location, which was incredibly helpful.Cons:It was great, no problems.Reviewed 1 Apr. 2020

Pros:Very customer focused, very helpful and willing to go the extra distance for you.Cons:Return was difficult due to my lack of attention to return location hours of operation. The manager explained a local security issue regarding the use of after hours drop box that precludes the local area offices from using this option. After hours drop will improve in the Santa Fe area as an airport location is due to open soon (they have the concession rights, just waiting on the airport to move on execution of new lease/concession.Reviewed 14 Feb. 2017
