Enterprise needs to get their program together. We reserved a vehicle and then received a call from the local rental office telling me they do not have the vehicle. So, we called again only to have the registration confirmed a 2nd time. when we arrived, they said they did not have the vehicle. We received a confirmation number twice!! no vehicle, so yes i am not satisfied. this place is a joke, and I will let everyone know how screwed up they are, if i am asked of course, i am not going out of my way to bash this poorly ran company.Reviewed 13 Mar. 2023

Pros:Easy pick up and drop offCons:I informed Enterprise about the car having a colony of ants that made their way inside the vehicle the entire three hour drive to our destination and I was told that it happens if the car is sitting out for long or not being rented.. They said it’s happened before so I question why this would happen again.. If this wasn’t the first time, they should have thoroughly inspected the car before renting it. Also, I mentioned that my friend had a minor allergy to cat fur because every time she got in the car, she would start sneezing and her eyes reddened. Thankfully she was mildly allergic so we were able to get some allergy medicine but it just made me question their overall inspection and cleaning process with their vehicles. The car itself kept glitching on us and kept showing an error message about a sd card being removed. We tried calling them about it but the automated message would say they were closed when their website said they were open. It was bothering to be asked what we wanted from them to make up for the inconveniences... We only wanted a car that wasn’t infested by ants and was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before renting out to people.Reviewed 12 Aug. 2020

The agent was friendly but had to wait a long timePros:The two gentlemen working were doing their best and were friendly and trying to be proactive. I overheard them calling future reservations to let them know it would be a wait as they were short cars. I would have appreciated that call.Cons:I had to wait quite a while 45 min to get my car.
