    Pros:The staff did not recognize my rental and claimed that they did not have my contact information from Kayak to inform me that they had cancelled my reservation and did not have cars available. My phone number and contact details were clearly listed on the reservation with Kayak.Cons:They were not willing to make any accomodation.
