The staff were very kind and friendly. Location is great. Would not stay here again due to waking up with bug bites from the bed, which caused me to have an allergic reaction and seek medical attention.

Pros (+) Very affordable hotel with free parking in downtown Erie. It was near everything I needed.
Cons (-) Renovations are definitely needed. The hotel furniture is outdated, bathroom tiles and ceiling were old and stained but you get what you pay for.

Cons (-) Very noisy, could hear people in the hallways, in the room next door, and outside on the street. I woke up in the middle of the night to crude noises next door. Did not sleep well at all

Cons (-) First, we checked in and there was already someone checked into the room. That was weird. Second, the carpet looked as if it had been set aflame in places. Poor lighting. Tvs from 1998. Furniture from the same period. There was a party patio on the floor below us which meant screaming drunks until 2am. Parking garage was less that ideal in terms of security. All in all a poor excuse for a hotel.
