Cons:
They didn't have the car I reserved and substituted it with a Van. I found that the rental was not at the airport and ended up charging me twice as much. It went from $42 to $89 per day.Avis

The Car was clean and good qualityCons:
The pickup location was mislabled as a "shuttle" from the airport. There was no shuttle to this location as it ended up being a kisok at a Walmart. I tried to call the location several time before my rental to make sure the car would be available when I arrived and when I would call It would transfer me to the Avis national call center who would just tell me that yes they had my reservation and it was confirmed. When I arrived to pick up the car it was not ready and I had to wait for it to be delivered from the Airport. I had to make special arrangements to go pick up the car at this location when I could have easily picked it up at the airport. This was poorly communicated when renting the car.10.0 Wonderful

Hertz facility was easy to find, and was clean. The agent was very rushed upon pick-up, and came across a little rude. During drop-off, the agents demeanor was completely different; was very friendly.Cons:
My pick-up/drop-off location was changed the day before pick-up. The vehicle was not paid in full when originally booked. Local fees were added at drop-off. I requested a Toyota upon booking and instead received a Chevy. I know the fine print states “or similar”, but the impression I got from Hertz is that as long as it is similar, they really don’t go out of their way to hold what was requested.2.0 Poor

I spoke with Ally, Yovanna and Rose; Rose was the only one helpful and professional there.Cons:
Ally's attitude was horrible, not professional at all, at least the day I went to pick up my car. When contacting manager Yovanna to exchange my vehicle, she was on a defensive mode and unprofessional. Hopefully my last time renting a car with Hertz there.3.6 Poor

Cons:
The rentals wasn't at the airport, I had to Uber to the location since Hertz wouldn't provide a transfer ($25). Then the rental checkout took 30 min ( there wasn't anyone else there). Then they let me know that if I wanted to drop off the rental at the airport it would be another $15. And finally even though I prepaid I still owed another $20 in taxes and fees. I ended up paying more in fees and taxes than I did the prepay amount, and then the Uber on top of that. I won't use Hertz or Kayak again. It's worth the extra money up front to get the whole story before I make the trip.8.0 Very good
