Pros:
The check in was terrific, they didn’t have our car class ready, so they gave us an upgrade to a small SUV, no charge. Both of the employees at the pickup were awesome, very friendly, talkative, and helpful. The return was simple at the airport, very quick, and again the agent was efficient. There is definitely an emphasis on customer service and is working—we will definitely seek out Avis for our next rental!Cons:

Cons:
They didn’t have the car I requested. They called me at 7:42 AM for an 8 AM rental telling me to come at 9 because they had to pick the car up from downtown. I was going out of town and had an appointment so this out a serious damper in my plans. I get there at 9:05, evidently they still hadn’t got the car so they had to give me the car above that. Then I kept getting asked if I will really bring the car back the next day because they had no cars for other renters. I got asked this about twice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a 15 passenger van which drove very smooth for the 2500 miles.Cons:
The van seats do not recline and an entire row had to be used to store the luggage. Those were the only downfalls.7.2 Good

Gabe was very nice and the pick up process along with drop off was quick. Nice car with good gas mileage.Cons:
Car had pet hair in the back but Gabe compensated me for that. Also wish the payment options were more clear prior to pick up( debit vs credit payments). Overall it was great2.0 Poor

Nothing about this location. I did wind up at another Enterprise finding what I wanted the next day. This reservation was made at least 6 weeks in advance and they tried to pass off smaller SUV in the place of car rented.Cons:
We didn’t rent what they offered. We reserved luxury full size SUV (suburban) and what they attempted to give us was a disgusting, filthy Nissan Armada, not the same class as our rental. When I brought it to their attention, they then lied that they had attempted to call us “4 or 5 times” to let us know that would not be able to accommodate us. If they had greeted us with that information, I would not have been so upset about their dishonesty. They also told us that was why we should rent directly from them instead of using third party so you should know how they are representing you. We went to another enterprise location the next day and rented what we wanted.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
Used the 12 passenger van to transport grand daughter to college. Thirty hours to get there over four days of travel was great. Plenty of room for her stuff and other passengers. Van drove great, gas mileage about average. After her drop off and 1 day of rest made the trip back home in 36 hours driving non stop except gas, potty and food breaks. No problems with the rental, it was a great price for the time we used it and also got it returned early and got a credit on card pretty fast. Thank you managers at Enterprise River Walk for your prompt and fast service.Cons:
Only can think of a couple items, window were not completely clean. Before we left DIL spent a while cleaning them better. There was a little of trash, water bottle, under one of the seats in the back that they did not catch before releasing the vehicle.Budget
