Pickup was great. The attendant in the garage gave me a ticket that said the car was full. After I drove away from the airport is when I noticed it wasn’t actually full. When I returned the vehicle I let the check on guy know and he was really rude about it.Reviewed 22 Jul 2024

I rented with Fox which is a division of Europecar. There was NO signage which said Fox. I had to ask a person where it was and they told me the companies were one and the same. They need more signage to acknowledge Fox.Reviewed 22 Jul 2024

horrible, sketchy little office building in the industrial section of the airport outskirts. Too small to let clients wait for cars to become available, and the wait was longgggggg, so nearly a dozen of us stood around with our luggage in the parking lot. We needed to change the name on the rental because I had booked it and planned to go but ended up not being able to. My husband went instead and the rental company insisted there was absolutely no way they could change the name. I attempted to reach help via Expedia and Kayak but was only able to reach a Expedia representative via chat. No one would help us and we had to forfeit the reservation and our money. I was charged for gas when I brought it back full. The pick up was late and I wanted a late delivery but I was charged. They tried to give me a lessor vehicle when I arrived and I had to fight to just get an equivalent to what I ordered rather than a smaller vehicle. The attendee tried to sell us a private deal so I suspect you already know that your staff also work for themselves. This has really left a bad taste with me. I would be glad to share my gas receipts less than a mile from the drop off. Never again Fox and I will share my story with others.Reviewed 9 Jul 2024
