Fox charged me an extra $ 150.00 with the promise that it would be returned when I returned the car. The car was returned in a better condition than when I picked it up and with a full tank of gas. The still haven't returned the $ 150.00. The car had many scratches on the paint and windows were not clean. The person who was at the rental counter was extremely difficult to understand. My biggest concern was that the rental rate was honoured ($992) as quoted BUT the mandatory insurance was $3,000. My second disappointment was Thai had reserved a Suzuki jeep type car and had to accept an old Nissan Kicks low clearance two wheel drive for my stated travels to a Costa Rican jungle dirt roads stay. The service (not FOX but EUROCAR) was excellent.Reviewed 14 Feb 2025

Pros - None Cons - Wait time to get a car is 1 - 2 hours (I am not kidding) - Wait time in line to get a car is 1 - 2 hours. - Line is always out the door. - No cars are available in a timely fashion. - If your license is damaged, you are SOL (even though they know who you are). - You can not rebook the car rental in real time at the counter if you have trouble. - I ended up taking an Uber to the Miami Car Rental Center at the airport and got a Car Rental there (I know, it's that bad). Overall it's a really bad discount Car Rental facility. I will not do business with these places ever again. Getting a car from here can ruin your trip. Just book the Car Rental from a reputable brand at the airport and reduce the cost of your airfare or hotel to offset it.Reviewed 6 Feb 2025
