Pros: So, we decided to spend 3 nights at this hotel. Actually, the pictures are great, but the reality is different and the devil is in details. Lets focus on the things not mentioned anywhere: 1. Check-in. Of course, its more or less standard, but the guys require eur100 per night per room to block on the card in case its credit one, eur200 per night in case its debit one. You just lock between 300 to 600 euros liquidity for 3 nights. Thats not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is that the receptionist cannot find any compromise at all! She is just not capable of it (or not eligible). So, just be prepared to lock this amount. 2. Location FROM HOTEL: thank you for took the time to provide us your feedback. We are very sorry that you had such a unpleasant stay with us. At all Check-in process we block an amount of room price + 100EUR per night. But we do not charge it, this block is only for guarantee caused of our high-quality minibar. It is standard in a lot of hotels exactly like you said. Our Location is close to the main station of Frankfurt and only 10 minutes away from the downtown. So Frankfurt is a lively city there are a lot of people and different culture close together. We are feeling blue that you do not liked our bar. our bar is known of their drinks and cocktails and we are awarded as the best hotelbar in germany. That is the reason why so many people visit our bar and want to celebrate with us. So maybe next time you try one of our special drinks. The Point with the pillow is a great pity because if you asked we will bring you different pillows to enjoy your sleep how you prefer it. We are definitly not a normal 5 star hotel, our hotel concept is very extravagant and special. The design based on burlesque elegance and lascivious lifestyle. We also have our one scent concept in the whole hotel. of course our Philosophy is a matter of taste. We would recommend you The Pure in Frankfurt!

Cons: Dear Roomers management! First of all, thank you for the reply. However, it does not provide any answers. Moreover, sometimes you provide misleading information in your answer and/or the information, which does not correspond the personal experience i had. Point by point. 1. My personal case is that the blocked eur100 still not returned to the card, despite i left the hotel on 15th of Sept and today is 20th. And the question is not about blocking, rather anout the time of return! 2. Yes, I agree that Bahnhofsviertel is not the best location and I knew it. However, you cannot say its clean around. It is just dirty! Very dirty! Comparing to many other locations in the same city. Not your fault, but people just have to take it for granted. 3. The Bar. I did not say anything bad about your coctails. I mentioned ESPRESSO and FRESH ORANGE JUICE. Espresso is from capsules and juice - from vig bottles. Espresso is not what it should be with a fancy bar, and juice is not fresh, its packaged with sugar. Don't you agree??? A bar is not just coctails. Its about QUALITY. Any skillful barman can make lots of coctails from good ingredients. But overall quality is about NOT USING CAPSULES at least and buying fancy coffe machine! 4. Pillows. Indeed, it is said one can ask for a different pillow. We asked! And you said YOU DID NOT HAVE ANY DIFFERENT! It is personal experience, not fiction. Looks like your statement about 'pillow bar'is a fantasy. You just brought us same pillows - flat mess of textiles. Good you had them... it helped a little. 5. The SMELL. There's CIGARETTE SMELL EVERYWHERE. Thank you for not denying it. So, in general the 'bourlesqueness' and 'lasciviousness' you mention definately were planned... but they are... 'not-more-than-medim-class'... comparing to, for example, Sofitel in Munich, which ia also near Hauptbahnhof by the way and is really a great example of a truly fancy and stylish hotel.

Cons: After I found no wifi connection in my room, I asked for a fix next day morning. In the evening still no connection... I called the front and was only informed there was a system issue that cannot be fixed. this is my first time in frankfurt and stay in roomers so i do not know what i should expect from this kind of hotel. But I would go for a proven chain hotel next time. it was truly unpleasant experience.

Cons: Standard rooms are cut same way rooms in other hotels are but with great design. To get in real touch with what hotel roomers is, better book a Select or even a Deluxe room. Valet parking is very good but no entrance to park your car while unloading. You have to leave it on the road with traffic passing by. Thinking about the hotel and the price of 29 EUR I expected more "crazy food" during breakfast. Despite this litle remarks, everything was perfect!

Cons: Spent the week there thinking it was food allergy from day 1, but in the last night I got a pair of fleas biting my neck. Since I’m allergic to the bites, I had the worst week of my life. The medicines I took from the doctor would never suffice since each night I would be bitten all over again. Too bad I found only in the last night. The hotel manager was not in the property so I told the reception to be careful of that room. If I could, I would ask my money back!

Our room was overlooking a building site which start making a lot of noise at 08.00 in the morning, no body told us about it, and it was very disturbing. If we knew we wouldn’t have taken the room, as we arrived late evening we couldn’t know about it.

The air condition is really efficient and not noisy, it did not disturb us during the sleeping. The bed was hard but i like it so. The garage is is rather spacious and properly closed. Overall security in the hotel is OK. Breakfast was alright but it could clearly seen that it was designed for the Asian people where it is really common to have a soup and/or rice for breakfast but i wasn't hungry after breakfast so most people could find something.

Cons: even though I love the design and concept, I felt that my single bed, which was in reality a double, could have been slightly narrower and give me a little more space to move around a room already on the tight side. The Swiss hotels have single beds that feel like 1.5 and that type of bed would have been perfect.
I stayed there for a week and the breakfast options are extremely repetitive. It is value at €3 per day on the bill but yet, one could be imaginative...

Cons: Showers/restrooms are at the corridor and they are not separate. So if sb occupies the shower, you are not able to use the toilet, because it is closed. Probably you'll find the other one that is free at the moment, but sometimes you have to walk to the other end of the corridor to use the toilet. However it is not a big disadvantage. The locking system for the rooms is also weird and does not work properly as it should. In my opinion it would be much less problematic, if they changed the locks to the standard magnetic card locking system using in other hostels. However after trying few times. I always managed to get into the room.

Cons: For starters, the give you a room number and a bed number. I was given bed F but when I reached room, it was already taken by someone else. I went to reception again to check if there is a mistake. The guy told me to take whichever bed is available. I slept on bed A and in the morning cleaning ladies woke me up asking me to check out when I had just checked in last night. Not their mistake since I was sleeping on the wrong bed. Next day when I came back, my bed was again taken by someone else and had to set another bed a sleep on that one. And same thing happened on third night. For 3 nights, I had to sleep on different beds. The room is full of bedbugs. I’ll upload image of my hand. All my legs and hands are itching because of the bedbugs in this place. Please do yourself a favor and never sleep in this place as it is harmful for your health.

Cons: Approach of the manager was horrible. We requested from personnel not to clean the room during our stay. Reception personnel accepted our request; but thier manager refused with meaningless excuses (e.g. vacuum cleaning is a must in 2-3 days). Later we learned that he was suspected us and wanted to check the room. He thinks that he is an FBI agent. Manager who has biases and makes judgements on customers based on thier color, culture, country,etc does not deserve a job in a well known hotel chain!!

Pros: Excellent location near the central train station, the city center and ethnic restaurants. I was in Frankfurt for 2 nights and this hotel was fine. The decor was bit depressing but I paid less than $50 so I did not expect much.

Pros: It is handy to be near the Hauptbanhof, however it is also very noisy.
Cons: The towels were in rags. Holes and very very thin.... The room was very small but this was expected. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: My only complaint about this property was that when I was Checking out (at 03:00am), the front door was locked and Receptionist was away sleeping in another room. I had to find him and wake him up. What if I could not find him???

Cons: This "motel" is located in the red light district. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. No Children!!!. The entire place smelled like the Korean restaurant downstairs. My entire room smelled like Kim Chi which to me, smells like burning garbage. I had to keep the window open the entire time just so I don't throw up. The room was a low end motel room. The TV was more like a computer monitor and only a few channels. If you need to use the iron for your clothes make sure you have 5 euros on you. Its the deposit. They must have a lot of guests steal the irons out of sheer anger. I couldn't figure it out.
