It would have been nice to have a way for us to get to/from the airport other than a taxi, Uber, or Lyft (need some sort of a shuttle). I don't understand why the "airport location" can have a shuttle, but this "satellite location" can't. I also don't understand why it costs an add'l $20-$30/day++ to rent from the airport location since it is all "Hertz".Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The first car we were given smelled of smoke. I brought it back and the manager Bret exchanged it without a fuss. He even upgraded us for free. Would definitely rent from them again.7.2 Good

Previous renters of the 1 van they have on site decided to come back late, so we lost 4 hours of our drive waiting for them to return. Car was given to us with 1/3 tank of fuel. No discount taken off for late delivery of car, but an overcharge of $200 on my cc card was just noticed. I will be following up.10.0 Wonderful

I rent cars several times a year and this was by far the easiest best transaction I have ever had. The Staff were accommodating and polite. The whole process took from beginning to end about 10 minutes.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
We wanted a minivan for the 5 of us and our luggage but they didn't have any. Otherwise then being a little tight it was fine. It was the quote price and the attendant gave brought the extra bags to our hotel. So they went out of their way to help us with all of the bags.Dollar

The lady at dollar brought the car up to the curb for me, and when I dropped off they had me simply drive up to the airport curb and leave it there. Very convenient.Cons:
Car wheels were a bit bunged up from folks hitting curbs, but car was decent and worked with no problem.4.0 Mediocre
