8.3 Excellent
Pros: You can see the pyramid view from the rooftops and the staff is actually very helpful
Cons: The outside area is not so clean and you can smell the Camel /horse /goats feces
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was excellently located on top of the Pyramids with a balcony overlooking both the sphinx and the pyramids. Perfect review for the sound and light show as well as an incredible place to have your breakfast. The service in the hotel was 5-star level with people helping you with your bags, bringing you whatever you need to your room and providing you with unlimited free water, coffee and tea. They are very attentive to your needs and when my brother got sick, brought a doctor to the room along with a translator. Our flight was taking off late in the evening and they agreed to give us a room to rest and freshen up for as long as we needed. Overall an amazing experience.
Cons: The shower could use improvement.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We arranged airport pick-up through the hotel. Our driver Youssef had to wait 2hrs due to our delayed plane. Driving in Egypt is an experience to say the least and he was a very friendly and skilled driver throughout our short stay!! Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with complimentary hybiscus drinks, shown our room and escorted to the roof to watch the pyramid show. We also scheduled a pyramid/ Cairo Museum tour for the next day. Sherine was our tour guide. She was not only knowledgeable about our tour but Egypt as a whole. We had a great time thanks to her fun sweet demeanor and extensive knowledge. We would highly recommend requesting her as your guide! The service at the hotel was definitely 1st rate with very friendly staff and excellent communication prior to and during our stay!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Mosquito, flies, food, no lift, water supply terrible in toilets and showers ( it disappeared while you are using) , they don’t understand English properly at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff was outstanding, personable, and the owner was very accommodating. Loved the view from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids. Our tour guides that we booked through the hotel were amazing. If you book a local tour ask for Shereen. She was very knowledgeable and fun. Salah in Luxor was also very professional and knowledgeable. They were the best part of our experience. Even our driver was great!
Cons: Rooms were small and the shower was very small, but I'm a big person, so that's on me. I feel for the price it was still well worth it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, hospitable, and kind. I felt very comfortable in their hands, and they treated me very well. The rooftop has spectacular views of the pyramids and the Sphinx is right in front of you. It is truly incredible. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with many different things to try, and very large portions! I could not finish all of it, but I wish I could have! When I left too early for the breakfast for an excursion, they gave me a breakfast box which was very kind
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the view and the staff hospitality
Cons: the breakfast area cause it’s open full of flays it’s better if they have the honey flays capture

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, had a huge bed. The bathroom was clean, and standard with shower over the bath. Only cold water which was hard since it was cold. The view was very nice from the balcony, it did have breakfast included. The owner was nice and let us sleep when we arrived early and we paid once we woke up. The property was a 5-10 min walk to the main area where there was a shop, kfc, Pizza Hut and entrance to the pyramid. Overall cheap price for this place and wasn’t too bad.
Cons: The host was a little pushy for a tour even though we were staying one night. In the room you can hear everyone talking just outside your room. There was a cute lil boy but he kept banging on our door at early hours in the morning waking us up early, and there was a lady yelling in the morning as well which was frustrating and woke us up as well. The area was noisy with a bar with a loud bass going at night and people doing karaoke really loud!!! And the area outside was smelly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, nice view from the balcony, decent breakfast (bread, boiled egg, coffee).
Cons: A bit hard to find as there are no signs, had to ask the people on the street and call the owner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful view of the pyramids from our balcony and very affordable price ! Plus the staff are amazing. Zac and his family really made us feel at home and always ready to help at any moment. I would highly recommend staying at Pyramids Power Inn.
Cons: As it is next to a mosque/street it can be a little loud early in the morning but the location is so great it didn’t bother me too much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We don’t even know where to start. This accommodation is ideal to escape the madness of Cairo and to appreciate more the local culture (the surroundings are very interesting and we enjoyed it a lot!). There are several cheap and delicious places to eat nearby, Ubers can take you to the city center for US$3 - US$6 and the entrance to the Pyramids of Giza are only 8 minutes away on foot! Our experience at the Pyramids Power Inn was simply amazing! It has a beautiful view from the terrace (really really magic), the air conditioning works perfectly and it includes a delicious breakfast! Most important to mention is the fact that the best of our experience was Jak, the best host we have ever had! He always received us with a smile, a cup of tea and even we watched together the finals of the African Cup. He always made us feel like home. We strongly recommend this place! Don’t think about it too much and just book it, you won’t regret ❤️
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good Breakfast, friendly family. View to the Giza plateau at 300 steps to the entrance. Mr. Zac was always watching over us and made all wishes possible. Every evening free Pyramids Light and Sound from the terrace.
Cons: The Neighborhood is old Cairo style forgotten by the government.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the room, very close to the pyramids complex.
Cons: None
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The host was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions and arranging tours. Breakfast was delicious and ample each day. The guest house is comfortable, the room was very large and well furnished. The view from the balcony is perfect for watching sunsets over Giza pyramids.
Cons: Few amenities in the immediate vicinity. Street noise until very late at night. Construction work in progress on the floor above.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Property manager was really social and really helpful (but not annoying!!). You get an excellent view of the pyramids of Giza from the shared balcony. Room size is very spacious, and very comfortable. Designed exactly as Egyptian bedrooms are which is a plus if you have never lived in such.
Cons: Just outside the guesthouse, horses, camels, quad bikes - with constant harassment for tours to Giza pyramids. The smell of horse and camel dung does not allow for a very comfortable stroll around. This is at no fault to the owner of the location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner make your travel easier
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mr. Zak and his family were very welcoming! We felt like our family was waiting for us at the end of the night. He took care of us and always assured we didn’t need anything. The location was great, beautiful view of the pyramids, we didn’t have any issues getting an uber there. Our bedroom was big so we had plenty of space for our things. The room and bathroom were clean. We had our own door to the terrace, which was very nice.
Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: > excellent hosting by Farouk Mohamend who personally organized great tours on Spanish in Cairo as well as Luxor > all support given including transportation from/to airport inxluding Cairo and Luxor even not staying at his hotel > very kind staff > excellent location; direct view at rhw pyramids from terrace perfect to start and end the day > his tour guides were very well, Local and spanish speakers with tour guide certification and friendly > I would stay again but more facilities with owner are available in Cairo and Luxor
Cons: > rooms require some maintenance but in balance with other support that was not an issue
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The terrace has a spectacular view. I only stayed a short time but the staff stored my luggage and helped to bring it up and down the stairs. The room is close to many things in a tourist area so you can walk. They did not push us to join their tours but offered professionally, and offered assistance for activities.
Cons: Street is busy and vendors will push you to see their shops. But this is normal in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great people work there, very funny and nice! Amazing view to the pyramids from the rooftop!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mr. Farrag 's place was like home during our stay in egypt. More than the place, it's the hospitality, warmth and the kindness of the owner that stands out. He upgraded our accommodation with no extra cost and went out of his way to offer food as shops were close because it was ramadan season. His staff are just too willing to offer help anytime, his driver mr. Abdullah is a very friendly and reliable guy who bought the best shawarma for us with his own money! He acts as our photographer too as he has good photography skills! Mr. Farrag is a very good host, the type of guy who would never take advantage of his guests. The place doesn't only give you one of the best views of the pyramids but it will give you a heartwarming place to stay in Giza! And don't forget to try their delicious brewed coffee! Thank you Mr. Farrag for being a friend and for a memorable stay at your inn!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The people who work there are extremely helpful and polite. The view from the rooftop is amazing and eating the breakfast up there was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean.
Cons: Everything was very good.

Pros: Staff was very supportive & breakfast they serve was also good - location is definitely their USP.
Cons: rooms were not properly designed, need some restructuring.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality of the staff. All were great.they really took care of us very well. The view is great.all the staff are very very helpful 24x7. Though it is not a high end hotel but the hospitality was great. Our family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 kids) enjoyed the stay. People who are looking for budget hotels near Giza area i highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: I’m very happy that I booked in this hotel. Abderrahman the manager made everything easy for us. The stuff are friendly. Great view to the pyramids and we get to see the show everyday from the rooftop. I will recommend this hotel to anybody. Good luck to you guy and keep it up.
Cons: Honestly the price. Sometimes you have to hustle it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view is breathtaking
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The service and staff were amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa and Ms. Dina for their efforts and profession in resolving all issues we encountered during the stay
Cons: The area outside the hotel is not clean, it would be very hard to move freely unless you have security personnel with you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really helpful and having a great attitude. Always available to support us to make sure we’re satisfied! Ill make sure to visit the place again in my next vacation to my home country! ❤️
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice host!! Johny was extra kind and welcoming as was the entire staff!! Best hot shower ever!! Food was delicious. Pyramid light show from the rooftop was icing on the cake.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The free water service was a real bonus: in the desert climate of Cairo/Giza it is highly appreciated! Additionally, the staff was friendly enough to let us stay longer until the evening in order to keep the room for our late night flight for free. Finally, the location could not be better: the sound and light show is perfectly visible from the comfort of the rooftop restauant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Aladdin the manager was great and very friendly on arrival. I was a first time traveler to Cairo and a bit hesitant overall, but Aladdin's overall friendliness coupled with the helpful staff made me feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, - its literally opposite the Great Pyramid. As the property has a rooftop - you have a free view of the light show at night - this was awesome and a money saver. The surrounding neighborhood also had good restaurants nearby if you wanted to eat out which I did. The included breakfast was also fine. I have nothing bad to say. Just be careful though when you first arrive, there are some hotels called Pyramid Inn or Great Pyramide Inn - these are incorrect spellings, so make sure you match it up correctly!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I highly recommend staying at the Great Pyramid Inn. Ali Baba and the rest of the staff here are super friendly, helpful and they love New Zealanders. And let's face it...I could sit here and take in the best hotel view in the world all day, every day! Clean air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free pickup from the airport. Definitely get the pyramids view room! Having breakfast on the rooftop bar is a must, as is dinner during the sound and light show across the street. When we wanted to get tickets to the Sphinx area, front of house staff sent a person with us to assist at no charge.
Cons: Patchy Wi-Fi but I'm sure this will get sorted soon :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved our stay here. The decor & elevator are pretty cool! The staff is extremely friendly, especially the restaurant staff on the roof! Sam & Alibaba made getting breakfast and chilling on the roof at night a fun experience. Also, the complimentary breakfast is pretty delicious, they have pretty normal choices and also Egyptian cuisine, which is delicious. The young men who help carry your bags to your room, help with reception and house keeping are absolute sweethearts. We also booked a tour through the hotel because it was a last minute choice and we ended up throughly enjoying our tour - the gal who helped us let us customize the tour for our own likings and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entrance to walk into Giza is a 3 minute walk... hard to beat that. Lastly, the view on the roof is AMAZING!!!! We spent a lot of time just admiring the pyramids from the roof... plus at night the Light & Sound show goes on so you can watch it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and kind. The view fro the restaurant on the roof top cannot be better (the Pyramids and the Sphinx) The Room was super clean and huge comfy bed.
Cons: Even though location is great, the surroundings doesn't feel safe for a tourist to be walking alone. I didn't feel safe being by myself. I arranged tours for everything so I was always pick up and drop off at the Hotel door and all workout perfectly

6.7 Good
Cons: The Guest service handling the baggage are way behind the least standard Too slow Bad in handling situations I stood waiting for the bags for more than 50 mins And it is not the first time
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel area was beautiful, amazing green space to walk in. Beautiful close view of the pyramids ( they are walking distance from the hotel), which also meant the hotel would be more far off from city center or other attractions. Room traditional style and cozy, good size. Available amenities like pool, sauna and steam, which contributed to the relaxing vibe. Tried the restaurant few times, the food was really tasty and the service was great, had an enjoyable leisure time though the menu is on the pricey side. It's really a beautiful property with a lot of historic vibe having been built over 100 years back I believe. It feels secure, private and it gives you the feeling that you are in a secluded getaway outside the crazy traffic and chaos of the Cairo streets. Really unique atmosphere.
Cons: I sent a request for a quiet room with a walk in shower both during the booking process and separately through email and I got a confirmation that this is noted and they will do the best to accommodate. Unfortunately, while on site I was presented only with noisy room options close to the street traffic or facing the pool area and I also found out that separate shower is only available for suites. Some noise at night from the street close by, but after some time you get used to it.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice green garden. Very close to the pyramids. Good Swimming pool.
Cons: After our long journey and arrival to the hotel at 10 a.m. we paid 470$ for 3 rooms and parking(we were told that if we want our car to be parked inside the hotel with guards we have to pay extra 12$(200Eg.pounds). We stayed 5 hours in the reception waiting for the official 3:00 p.m. check in time. While we were waiting some new comers were given rooms, maybe because they did it with their gold card. Breakfast was not included. The booked non smoking rooms were not available, the king sized bed wasn't available instead twin small beds in a room were given. At the end when we were checking out the next day at 9 a.m. we were told that we didn't pay enough money for the parking and need to pay 30 Egyptian pounds more, after a short talk with the Manager we were told that it was a mistake.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located right in front of the F'n pyramids. What else is there to say? We got the best room in the whole hotel, looking straight at the pyramids... I dont even know what else to say other than PYRAMIDS. PYRAMIDS. PYRAMIDS.
Cons: Nothing. Everything is dwarfed by the awesomeness of the pyramids. Food was great, service was great, pyramids were awesome and well yeah pyramids. What else is there to say. I wouldnt get a room in the place if it wasnt looking at the pyramids, nothing else is worth it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: -The breakfast was excellent. -Τhe outdoor area was incredible and clean. -The view to the pyramids was breathtaking.
Cons: -We booked a room with king bed and they gave us a room with two separate beds. We showed our booking with king bed and they told us that there is not available. -The room has problem with soundproofing on door side.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location, and Service
Cons: It’s Egypt sooooo yeah there’s a ton of people trying to take advantage of you, some work for the hotel most wait just outside the gate
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The stuff is very good
Cons: The service for the reception is very bad
4.5 Okay
Pros: The restaurants.
Cons: The staff members. A package was trying to be delivered to the hotel that I was using for business purposes. Three times did they turn away the delivery guy without informing me. Once I asked them if anyone had attempted to drop off a package the answer was no, and no one was willing to look into it. Being a platinum elite member with Marriott I was honestly wondering why I invest in the chain with that type of customer service. Beyond poor, and with the feeling of the client being an inconvenience. Such a shame with a location like that.

Cons: Cleaning , food and no Wifi in rooms
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room (garden view) was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included both local and continental options, with fruits, bread, beans, eggs, etc. Since Cairo is very large, it is necessary to make use of tourist/taxi services, which were always available at the hotel. The hotel has 24 h-desk.
Cons: There was no WiFi in the rooms, and the lobby WiFi was occasionally very slow. The hotel had souvenir shops, restaurant, cafe, which were all much more expensive than in town. The music play list on the lobby speakers was apparently limited to ~10 songs that were played all day.
6.7 Good
Pros: -Staff was helpful, Receptionist, Housekeeping and Mercure cafe and restaurant waiter. -Good location and nice pyramids view. -Cozy room.
Cons: -It will be perfect value if at least one meal was added to the stay package. -There are no various choices in the room food menu. -Light in the room was so limited. -No Wifi inside the room.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Decent location based in Giza, within viewing distance of the Pyramids. 'OK' breakfast
Cons: Shower cant run longer than 4 minutes before flooding. Hotel runs like an airport, not allowing any outside food/drink except their own overpriced stuff. Hotel significantly overcharges on everything.
6.3 Good
Cons: The hotel is dated. The internet is only in the lobby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Since I feel that I am a part of this hotel great team, I think I have to be honest by saying this, the gym equipment is a negative image of this great hotel .. I suggest to be improved or otherwise to be closed completely. Thanks
Cons: I liked everything from A to Z. This is my second stay in this hotel and to be honest the reason I came back again is that, my family and I felt like going back home. Mr Hamed the hotel manager is amazing and makes everyone feels like a brother more than a client by the way he take care of every tiny details and so do everyone else .. after more than one year the staff still remember my name and my little daughter's name .. what a great feeling when I saw the smile on their faces and the warm welcome .. you should be so proud of your staff and your excellent leadership by your so helpful and cooperative management.
4.6 Okay
Pros: I liked its proximity to the Giza pyramids.
Cons: The staff was not very attentive and the place looked very run down and dirty.

4.2 Okay
Pros: 8. The breakfast is OK. 9. The staff is friendly, but the system does not allow them to be responsive and positive.
Cons: 1. The Wi Fi is so weak and continuously disconnected. 2. The TV is so bad. Some channels are so fuzzy and annoying to watch. This is something the world has forgotten after the introduction of receivers. 3. The room is noisy because of the music in the pool area. Although, I have requested a quiet room but nothing was done. 4. The tea cattle which is a standard piece of equipment in majority of hotel rooms, is considered extra and should be paid for separately in this hotel. 5. Despite informing the hotel that I am arriving 13-14 hours, I had to wait from 13: 30 to 15:15 to get into my room. 6. After extensive negotiations, they agreed to cancel the last day of my reservation. 7. Some of the equipment in the room was so obsolete and out dated.(similar to the TV)

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I can see why this used to be 5 stars. Big complex surrounding a humongous pool, resort style. Much better than other 4 stars. Like everything in Egypt right now, they could improve on cleaningness. It is really details. The bed sheets were very good. The room was ample. Furniture a little dated, but in good shape (old tv though). The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. Even the restaurant, La pagoda, has good food at surprisingly good prices (same as eating in a fast food chain outside). I would just start an education campaign with the staff to see details, like a dead mosquito here, a dirt stain in a wall, things that can be solved with more attention rather than money, or somebody with a brush and some paint, to restore the previous glory. But again, saw this in all the four stars I stayed. They need my maid --an OCD machine--, or somebody like her that can "see", and these places will be back in their glory. Overall, a good stay.

Cons: This hotel is really not a 4star hotel. They claim to have 5(or 7) restaurants and in reality they have 1, with only 1 dirty laminated menu for all customers to share. The 'authentic' beduin tent had a very old fan, that was so noisy that it was impossible to be there. The 'health club' was closed most of the time, but I noticed that there was an empty pool with the appearance of a building site. In the room the furnishing and carpets was really old and smelly, in several places the carpets had large burning marks from a hot iron being left there, for some weird reason. In the breakfast area, the walls and plates were dirty. The location looks nice on the images, but it is right beneath a noisy motorway bridge. Checked out after three days, although I was suppose to stay for 16.
6.3 Good
Pros: - The pool was nice
Cons: - The mini bar was empty when I arrived. Asked several times for water as the kids were thirsty. The first time I was told this is because I checked in 2 hours early! OK then, I called at 2:30 p.m. and again they said you will get it within half an hour! Not sure if they were going to dig a well? May be. I had to get water from outside after all. - Breakfast was very average. - I also had dinner. I was expecting a good buffet (and this is what I paid for). Actually, most of the foods were gone without refilling. To be honest, they brought some additional chicken pieces. But when my kids tried another visit, those were gone as well :)
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was good. Receptionist was helpful.
Cons: Food it wasn't fresh and a very bad . Room was not for 3 persons however it reserved and payments for 3 person it was just 2 bed in a small room . Pool was not clean and pool service staff not good . Total cost payment not = the place and services.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and the room and pool were nice.
Cons: The breakfast was so so and the road to get there was a nightmare even by Egyptian standards.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice pool. Nice big room. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The restaurants were very disappointing. Don't get me wrong, the personal was very nice, professional and friendly but the food was lacking love. I got the saddest fried chicken sandwich with no mayo or anything inside. Just fried chicken and dry bread. I also tried the steak, it was ok, but the french fries were undercooked and cold.
7.5 Good
Pros: Closer to most of places
Cons: None
4.6 Okay
Pros: Room sizes are big with balcony in all rooms.
Cons: Very old furniture need full renewal , smoky smell in some rooms, I had to change my room for that reason but they changed it at once. very poor breakfast, staff are not friendly enough and very unprofessional. I would never try again same hotel.
