Pros:
The staff who served me on pickup and return (23 and 24) was very friendly and made the process super easy. He even gave me suggestions where to go during my stay. I usually go to hertz but I think I’ll be going to budget from now on, very happy with this booking.Cons:

Pros:
The staff were friendly, but there was a long line to pick up and a long line to drop off. You need a second staff person in the mornings. I won't rent from you again in Halifax. It's too big a hassle.Cons:
The car was also dirty. Not horrible, but not washed, and had dirty floor mats and a couple of scattered pieces of debris inside. This was not a terrible experience, but the pickup-dropoff wait of more than half an hour made it not worth it. I went by the counter of the competition in the bus station, and they had a much shorter line. I'll use them next time, which is upcoming in the spring.Thrifty
