Customer no- serviceCons:The reservation was made in my name, upon arrival I wanted to switch it to my husbands name so he could be the primary driver. They wouldn’t make that happen without adding an additional $13 per day to my bill. I was willing to be taken off the contract, but no. So what started out as a good deal, turned out to be an expensive car rental.Reviewed 9 Oct. 2017

Did not have my reservationPros:When I arrived st the Vancouver Hertz, they could not find any reservation from me. I couldn't locate the email confirmation. I had to reserve a car on the spot and was billed twice.Cons:I was billed twice and am having to dispute one of the charges.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2017
