I was arrived way to early , but HERTZ help me out , changed to pick up & drop off time . they did more than good . everything was good . Ps : why I can't have a hertz membership ? in New York : talk to them , in Budapest , I said " I did " . I told them in Budapest , they said , " talk to them , where you rented the car ". The car comes with no insurance. I had to pay for the standard insurance with excess and theft protection. The insurance cost more than the rental cost!!!! Be careful if CDW and TP are included!!!Reviewed 25 Apr. 2022

Pros:Clean car.Cons:As I was travelling with lots of luggages, it would've been nice to be able to park at the airport and not at some nearby hotel. I had push and pull 5 suitcases to get to the car and then the same thing upon return. The road where one can walk to the car with the suitcases is not wheelchair friendly so I couldnmt even use the airport cart to ease the process. When asked the staff for help, either to allow me to leave at least some of the suitcases in their office while I go to pick up the car, it was rejected. When asked I could use one the Hertz parking spots outside the terminal, I was told that they cannot ñromise that as they don't know what will be free when...afterall, arenmt they supposed to know when their cars leave and depart to be able to calculate such things??
