Pros:The staff at the rental counter was helpful.Cons:I rented a middle size SUV and was given a Subaru Outback hatchback. I don't consider an Outback a middle class SUV, however, it is a nice, fuel efficient vehicle, and was not going to complain. The rear hatch would only go up part way, so I asked the person at the counter how to correct this issue. They said there is a camera on the back, and the hatch will not go up all the way if I (or something else) am in the way. The actual reason is that the rear hatch can be programmed to only go up part way, which I learned on YouTube. The car was picked up in Casper WY and returned in Omaha NE due to the nature of my work traveling from one location to the next. I then found out that there is a $500 fee to drop off the vehicle at a different location. I was blown away by how expensive this was. It made my stomach feel a little upside down when I heard about this charge. Enterprise charges $200 for the same service. Had I known about this fee, I definitely will have rented from a different company.Reviewed 2 Nov. 2019
