Pros:The dropoff was relatively easy. The lady at the counter and the gentleman at the return were niceCons:I got a pretty beat up car with 40K plus miles on it. The car had visible damage on the outside and the inside was possibly the least clean (not necessarily very dirty) of any rental car I've ever gotten. The lady at the counter for pick up also didn't seem to want to be there. Lastly, I called to extend the rental by one day which Hertz was OK with but they charged me 80+ bucks for the extra day when I paid 50 per day (350 for the week). I would use someone else next time I go to STX.Reviewed 9 Dec 2020
