Good car poor service at pickupPros:Excellent little car, clean and ran well.Cons:Agent at pickup was stressed and abrupt not helpful with explanations and the service was very slow. It took over 1 hour to pick up the car even though we were the only customers.Reviewed 14 Nov. 2016

Pros:I was upgraded from my initial selection. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy.Cons:Inspection when picking up vehicle was done by me, and I was told it would be done by the person handing over the vehicle's keys. I had to walk around the car alone and call him when I found a chip etc..Reviewed 1 Jun. 2016
