Reservation was for pick up at Van Buren location at noon. Got there at 12:01 and door locked, office closed at noon! No info on hours on confirmation. Employees were still in parking lot, saw us and drove away. Had to get a ride to Sky Harbor airport to get a car.Reviewed 17 Nov. 2022

Pick up was supposed to be ready at 12, I called and they said it was ready, I show up at 12 and was told car will be ready in 2 hours,,,,,, yikes. Had to drive back home and come back... car is 2020 with 35k miles on it. Not very clean. Won't be renting from hertz againReviewed 26 Jul. 2022

Liked absolutely nothing about this entire process. Employees were very unhelpful at the store and gave us little to NO INFORMATION regarding the drop off process. We picked up the car on a Saturday at about 10:30 am and the store closed at noon. We dropped the car off at 7 pm in front of the store and dropped the keys in the drop off box (assuming that’s what we’re supposed to do, as we were given no instruction on what to do since they knew they’d be closed) we’ve since been charged another $100 on Sunday and $100 this morning (Monday) and have not received our $200 deposit back. Better believe we will be going in there the moment it opens today. Horrible experience, don’t waste your time and A TON OF MONEY on this awful establishment. They didn’t have the size car I reserved for a family road trip. So I was stuck with the last car on the lot which I had fears was going to be to small to fit my family but as it was the only car they had I was stuck with it. Upon getting home my fears were confirmed as I couldn’t fit the strollers in the trunk and the car seats plus a person in the back seats. I called to try and resolve the issue and get a new car from another lot or return this one for a refund but they said since i prepaid for the car they wouldn’t switch it out or refund me. I asked for them to at least switch me out for the car size I actually paid for and they said no they can’t do that either. In the end it was an awful experience that ended up costing me more than it would have just driving my gas guzzling truck. We rent cars regularly as we tend to travel a lot and typically have great experiences with the various companies. But this time left me with a sour taste.Reviewed 10 Feb. 2022

Cons:When I arrived the vehicle was being cleaned. They returned and the outside looked nice and clean. The inside however, was quickly wiped down and when I got home I realized that the back seats were filthy, the inside if the doors were caked with dust and dirt, the dash was very dusty (like the windows were left down during a sand storm)Reviewed 2 Dec. 2019
